Unlearning Habits

I am constantly unlearning habits. There is no final destination of healing rather an ongoing journey.

Healing is beautiful but has ugly moments; it is all needed for growth! I remind myself of how far I’ve come not just how far I have to go… I am not where I want to be but I am neither where I used to be.
