Motherhood for me unravels seemingly ongoing challenges. The ultimate daily sacrifices and our new normal of family. At times, I feel like my world is so small but in their eyes, I am their world. I am their home and their comfort.
I decided to do homework while they have lunch. But they had their own agenda. They decided to have their moment and I allowed them too. Instead of demanding quiet time; I watched in amazement of how this moment; their moment was very much needed!
Three years ago was traumatic…we are still finding our way! Healing, learning and growing.
In their eyes I am their everything but in my eyes they are my universe.
